At Mod Watches UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that bespoke builds and personalized modifications may be subject to specific conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct shipping address.

  Package Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all protective films, tags, and extra links included to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked and insured shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
