What exactly is a 'Mod Watch'?
A mod watch is a custom-built timepiece created using high-quality aftermarket parts and reliable automatic movements, often inspired by iconic luxury designs but tailored to your unique style.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Typically, your watch will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our custom builds are rated for 5ATM to 10ATM water resistance, making them suitable for everyday splashes and swimming. However, we do not recommend them for professional diving unless specified.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for any unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that custom 'built-to-order' pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Mod Watches UK timepiece comes with a 12-month mechanical warranty covering the internal movement against any manufacturing defects.
